We have a 2 year old and a 4 month old on our hands. I thought it would be cute to get the boys together and take their pictures with their ages written on a piece of paper (I was brave enough to try this on my own). Well, like most things with these two some plans are better in my head.
Silas was trying to suck on the paper (he puts anything in his mouth).
Brooks thought it was funny to see me get flustered at him turning the sign around.
I have no words for this one. I don’t even know how Brooks’ paper is standing up.
The best of the bunch. I think I took about 20 pictures and this was the best.
Their 2 year and 4 month appointments were today and everyone seems to be growing and healthy.
And now an update on their development. . . .
Silas is still a big kid weighing – 16lbs 1.5oz (69%) and measuring 26.5 inches (90%)
He is still a very happy, active, and strong baby and rarely fusses, but he is still not sleeping through the night (urgh.) The longest stretch has been 7 hours and that was once. We are hoping that he decides to do it again soon.
Brooks is 28lbs (49%) and is 35 inches tall (62%). Luckily, he is sleeping through most of the night. He is a very active, sweet, funny, dramatic, and friendly little guy.
These two are quite a pair.
