Welcome 2016! Its hard to believe its here because I hardly had time to reflect on this past year. We were visiting family all last week. Here’s our first week . . .
My nephew was determined to arrive in 2015. He was due in Feburary but my sister went into labor on December 27th. Carson was born on the 30th – 6 weeks early. He is doing well and so is his mom.

We went to a NYE party and it ended at 7. It was awesome. The boys ran around and exhausted themselves and we still got to hang out while the kids were in bed at midnight. This was the best picture of all us.

My kids are obsessed with the movie, “Frozen.” We’ve been watching clips online every morning.
I looked at my goals for last year and laughed because I didn’t achieve a single one – I still care very much what my house looks like, I didn’t finish my piano piece, and I’m doing okay praying more for my kids, so I guess I’m 1 for 3.
This year I’m making it simple – go to bed before 11pm and pray for my kids more. That’s it. Continue reading
