daily moments – week 15

Here’s our week . . .

I took the boys to Target so they could use some of their Easter and birthday money. I always regret this decision about 5 minutes in after they go back forth about what they should buy.
Jonas purchased a stuffed animal that he named Black. He hasn’t let Black out of his site for the last 6 days.
While Jonas is at school, I am responsible for taking care of Black. We’ve had fun documenting Black’s activities during the day.
Our bathroom reno is so close to being done.
I attempted focaccia this week and it turned out great.
I hosted a small gathering of friends that I have been meeting with every Thursday for the last few years. This was our first gathering with no masks and we shared food and drink. It felt so normal and it was amazing.
On Friday, we celebrated the 5th graders at our school’s All Pro Dad’s Group. It was a bittersweet event and made me a bit teary eyed. I can’t believe we are this close to middle school.

See you next week!
