daily moments -week 37

What a week. With Hurricane Irma hitting us on Monday we were out of school for three days and without power for 10 hours. We had a few big limbs down and leaves scattered around our yard otherwise that was the extent of the damage. Feeling lucky.

Here’s our week . . .

Hurricane “party” with neighbors. We told the kids that so they wouldn’t be scared.

Bath by candle light.

The next morning.Found this while cleaning. Brooks labeled all the parts of his uniform.

Winner winner chicken dinner.

A quick Sunday dinner.

Saturday night date night every week. Its our favorite.

Finally remembered to take some quick shots of the boys. My goalie. So proud of this guy. This was our first year and the team and he has improved so much in the last few weeks.

And Silas has done great on his team. This is his first year as well. He made his first attempt at a goal this morning.

This week I hosted book club. I wasn’t impressed by the flower selection in the store so I went out to the yard.

See you next week!
