After falling multiple times and putting on several band-aids (Silas likes to take them off), I realized that I hadn’t taken a picture of Silas with his first band-aid. I know, why should this be a big deal? When Brooks got his first big boo-boo, I took a picture of him with his bandage. So in order to be equal, I took some shots of Silas.
He is one tough kid. This one is from falling and scraping the skin off his finger.
And this one happened during the same fall and he broke half of his nail and the skin came off with it. Yuck. He didn’t even flinch when I pulled off the nail. What a trooper!
The one you can’t see is on the roof of his mouth. He was walking around carrying a stick in his mouth and he fell and punctured his mouth. Where was his mother? Planting Mums. I felt horrible. At that point, he had eaten several handfuls of dirt and the front of his shirt was covered in mud.
And here is Brooks. He wanted me to take a picture of him sleeping, but he opened his eyes just as I took the picture. He loves getting his picture taken because he likes to look at himself after.
