I love any kind of fruit filled pie, tart, or cobbler especially when it is the height of berry and peach season.


As mentioned in a previous post, I finally made those peach tarts. They were so good, but I’m still having problems with the bottom crust. Its too soggy. Any suggestions?

thanks a lot for making them after you leave va. i hope you get sick eating them all by yourself. jk jk, they do look delicious!
This is what I use for my pies:1 Tbsp corn starch 1 Tbsp sugar mix and spread in bottom of crust before you put your peaches in the unbaked crust.
