I’ve been trying to get Brooks to drink formula so I would feel more comfortable leaving him for the evening. He refuses a bottle, but loves his sippy. I thought maybe if I put formula in the sippy he would drink it. I was wrong.

The spitting is Brooks’ way of saying “no.” He not only does this polite jesture with food and drink, but also when he doesn’t want a toy or when he doesn’t think he needs a nap. Needless to say, I am constantly wiping off my glasses and face because Brooks’ likes “no” alot.
